You're leading ten people across a dying land. Everyone's heard about a green valley somewhere past the snow. Nobody's sure it's real. You're walking there anyway.

🚶 Ten stretches of road: ash, meltwater, forest, cliffs, snow. 

 🔀 A choice at every camp the safe long way, or the fast risky one. 

 🍞 Food runs out. People get hurt. Some don't make it.

 🗑️ Pick up trash as you walk and the land actually heals — clear enough of it and it blooms, healing someone hurt or feeding the group. 

 🐕 Watch for rockslides, floods, wind, dogs, and crows along the way.

There's no score at the end. 🌻 Just a valley, and however many people are still walking beside you when you get there.
